    Short Description: Davidson Transit Organization is looking for courteous, outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join our team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, an excellent driving record, and a strong work history. Must have passed the written portion of the Commercial Driver’s Permit test (Class B with P endorsement) prior to being interviewed, and be able to pass a DOT physical. Salary Range: $30,000 to $40,000 average annual salary. DTO is an EOE.

    Short Description: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day work of the staff in the department to provide excellent service to customers in compliance with company policies and procedures. Principal Job Functions: Customer Care Management Duties; Supervise Customer Care Department; Serve as the manager during the absence of the Director of Customer Care. Customer Care Activities; AccessRide Service Activities; Perform other related duties as required. Classification under Fair Labor Standards Act is Exempt. Recommended Preparation for Employment: A Bachelor degree or 3 years of related experience is required. Supervisory experience highly preferred. Must be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, acquire knowledge of MTA services and be familiar with Davidson County. Must learn and have an understanding of the Trapeze program within a reasonable timeframe. A high level of skill in dealing with the public is required. This position reports to the Director of Customer Care. DTO is an EOE.

Must be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, acquire knowledge of MTA services and be familiar with Davidson County. Must learn and have an understanding of the Trapeze program within a reasonable timeframe. A high level of skill in dealing with the public is required.
